Yayasan Rumah Energi (Rumah Energi) is seeking highly motivated and experienced professionals to join our team for the Sustainable Local Economy Development (LED) and Community Relations Program (2026-2028). This program is dedicated to empowering local communities and maintaining positive relationships in Batui, Kintom, and Nambo Districts, Banggai Regency. 

  1. Field Coordinator (1 Positions) 

Role: Accountable for field operations and community organizing to ensure programs are delivered as per plan. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise the execution of programs in designated areas and organize the community directly. 
  • Communicate and coordinate with local formal and informal leaders to gain support. 
  • Manage local concerns, social tension, and disagreement while obtaining community endorsement. 
  • Provide coaching and assistance to local officers. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university in any discipline. 
  • Min. 10 years of experience in implementing social programs, especially LED and community relations in remote areas. 
  • Sound understanding of managing social dynamics, local fisheries, agriculture, SME development, and microfinance. 
  • Added Value: Experience in fostering/mentoring or collaborating with cooperative institutions. 
  • Required Knowledge: Understanding of national rural issues/programs (e.g., KDMP, MBG).

  1. Community Relationship Officer (2 Position) 

Role: Maintain constructive relationships and communication with local stakeholders surrounding the LNG plant. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Hold frequent engagements with formal and various informal leaders. 
  • Identify potential social tensions and provide mitigation recommendations. 
  • Support the implementation of sustainable LED programs in designated areas. 
  • Provide coaching and assistance to local community relations officers. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in social science (preferred) or any relevant field. 
  • Min. 10 years of experience in maintaining community relationships and implementing social programs. 
  • Ability to work under pressure, remain calm in tension situations, and effectively convey messages. 
  • Proven skills in community organizing and assistance. 
  • Strong communication skills and cultural sensitivity toward local traditions. 
  • Added Value: Experience in cooperative development or collaboration. 
  • Required Knowledge: Understanding of national rural issues/programs (e.g., KDMP, MBG).

  1. Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Officer (2 Positions) 

Role: Manage the development of local SMEs, create market access, and support the establishment of stocking points linked to the supply chain. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Identify SME opportunities and potential markets for local community products. 
  • Provide capacity building and assistance to local communities and youth to run their businesses. 
  • Support the establishment/strengthening of cooperatives or BUMDes. 
  • Link community products with the Company’s supply chain. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with min. 10 years of experience in organizing rural SMEs or home industries. 
  • Proven experience in opening markets for fisheries and agriculture products. 
  • Added Value: Strong experience in accompaniment/cooperation with cooperatives. 
  • Required Knowledge: Familiarity with national rural programs/issues (e.g., KDMP, MBG).

  1. Administration and Finance Field Support (1 Positions) 

Role: Provide administrative, accounting and logistical support for the day-to-day activities of the operational team. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Handle daily administrative, correspondence and financial administration of the project. 
  • Prepare periodic financial reports and PowerPoint presentation materials. 
  • Ensure that logistics for daily team activities are fulfilled. 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) or Diploma from a university with a minimum of 3 years of experience. 
  • Domicile: Must reside in Banggai Regency (Local Hire). 
  • Understand basic accounting and be able to prepare reports.

  • Location: Willingness to be placed in rural areas of Banggai, Central Sulawesi. 
  • Software Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 
  • Added Value: familiar with MS Teams and SharePoint.
